The hotel is 27 km from Alanya city center, 65 km from Gazipaşa Airport, and 100 km from Antalya Airport.

The facility operates on an all-inclusive concept and is built on a 10,000 m² area. It features a 70-meter-long private beach with fine sand. The hotel, which has been serving guests since 1997, underwent a complete renovation in 2016. The property consists of one block with 142 rooms and expansive green areas. Guests are required to wear a wristband to enjoy the all-inclusive benefits.

The facility is located in İncekum, 3 km from Avsallar, 24 km from Alanya city center, 100 km from Antalya Airport, and 110 km from Antalya city center.

Eating and Drinking
Open buffet meals are included for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available free of charge between 10:00 and 23:00. Bottled drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, imported drinks, and champagne incur additional charges.

Check-in at İncekum West Hotel starts at 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Pets are not allowed. Use of open areas is subject to seasonal conditions.

In rooms other than family rooms or certain private rooms, 2+2 or 3+1 accommodations may lead to congestion, and extra beds may not be as comfortable as fixed beds.

All-Inclusive accommodations start with dinner on the check-in day and include meals for the number of nights stayed, ending with lunch on the check-out day.

No refunds are provided if guests leave early, particularly for special room types like family rooms or suites.
