Sports / Entertainment
Water slides in the Aquapark are open from 10:30-12:30 and 14:00-16:30 (from May 1 to October 30). Evening animation programs are held 6 days a week from May 10 to October 20.

Child / Baby
The mini club operates 6 days a week starting May 1, with staff speaking Turkish, German, English, and Russian.

Eating and Drinking
Open buffet meals are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from selected brands are free 24 hours a day. Some imported beverages are available from 10:00 to 00:00.

The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and water upon arrival, with daily replenishment of water. Superior Rooms have non-alcoholic drinks replenished once on arrival day.

For stays of 7 nights or more, à la carte restaurants are complimentary with prior reservation.

Family rooms and some special rooms may accommodate extra guests, but the provided extra beds may not be as comfortable as fixed beds.

Ultra All-Inclusive accommodations start with dinner on the check-in day and end with lunch on the check-out day.

No refund is available if guests leave the hotel early, particularly for special room types like family rooms or suites.
