In Ultra All-Inclusive accommodations, buffet meals are included for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours. The minibar is filled with soft drinks on the first day and includes only soda and water on subsequent days. The à la carte restaurant is free of charge for stays of 4 nights or more, but a reservation is required.

Spa and Wellness

The SPA and wellness area includes facilities such as a Turkish bath, sauna, indoor pool, salt room, steam room, and massage services. Note: Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, and salt room are not available for guests under the age of 16.

Beach

The hotel is 150 meters from the sea and features a private beach. Sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions, and towels are provided free of charge at the beach and pool. Guests reach the beach via a tunnel. Beach towels are available from the SPA reception with a towel card and are changed once daily.

Child and Baby Facilities

The hotel offers a children’s pool, face painting, balloon painting, board games, hobby activities, paid t-shirt painting, mini disco, kids’ club, and a mini club for children aged 4-12, open between 10:00-12:30 and 14:30-17:00. The mini club requires advance reservation.

Check-in starts at 14:00, and check-out is by 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not allowed. The use of outdoor areas is subject to seasonal conditions.

Except for family rooms or some private rooms, accommodations for 2+2 or 3+1 guests in other rooms may cause congestion, and extra beds may not be as comfortable as fixed beds.

Ultra All-Inclusive accommodations begin with dinner on the check-in day, include dinners for the number of nights stayed, and end with lunch on the day of departure.

No refunds will be provided if guests in special room types (e.g., family rooms or suites) leave the facility early.
