General Information

Saphir Hotel & Villas, located in Konaklı, Alanya, spans 55,000 m² and is renowned for its expansive botanical gardens, high-quality service, and excellent customer satisfaction.

The hotel caters to a diverse range of guests, including families with children, couples, and solo travelers.

The facility offers a range of services, including 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a SPA center, an aquapark, all-day animation, a private beach, a pier with slides, an amphitheater, a rich buffet, snack offerings, and many other amenities to make your vacation exceptional.

Location

The hotel is located 12 km from Alanya city center, 52 km from Gazipaşa Airport, 110 km from Antalya Airport, and 120 km from Antalya city center.

Children / Baby

For younger guests, the hotel provides a children’s pool, kids animation, and a children’s slide. There is also a kids club, playground, and mini club for children aged 4-10.

Beach

The hotel features a 250-meter long beach with free sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels provided both at the beach and by the pool.

Spa / Wellness

The SPA and wellness section includes facilities such as a Turkish bath, sauna, massage, steam room, scrubs, and body treatments.

Dining

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as buffet meals at no extra charge. Some local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are free between 10:00 and 02:00. Local drinks are also free at the disco.

An ice cream service is available from 15.05 to 15.10, offered twice daily.

A la carte restaurants are open from May 1st to September 30th, 6 days a week. Guests staying for a minimum of 7 nights can dine at one a la carte restaurant once for free (with reservation), and the second visit requires a reservation and is paid. A la carte restaurants operate from 19:00 to 21:00.

Minibars are stocked with soft drinks on the day of arrival and refilled with water on subsequent days.

The hotel does not offer vegan or gluten-free buffets but can accommodate special requests through the Guest Relations Department.

The hotel has a central air conditioning system, operational from 01.06 to 01.10.

There is no on-site parking; guests can use the roadside areas.

Check-in starts at 14:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Pets are not allowed. The use of open areas depends on seasonal conditions.

Room types other than family rooms or some special rooms may experience space constraints with 2+2 or 3+1 occupancy, and extra beds may not be as comfortable as regular beds.

All-Inclusive Plus stays start with dinner and include the number of nights stayed worth of dinners, ending with lunch on the departure day.

For special room types like family rooms or suites, no refunds are given if any guest leaves the hotel early.
