Important Notices:

• Accessibility: Our facility features five specially designed accessible rooms and all public areas are equipped with wheelchair ramps and accessible elevators. A portable disabled elevator is available at the pool for ease of use.
• Food Safety: We prioritize the use of first-class, certified products in our food and service offerings. Guests with allergies should inform the Guest Relations department upon arrival. The hotel management is not liable for any issues resulting from undisclosed allergies.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas according to Turkish law.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted on the premises.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in begins at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
• Dress Code: Some restaurants and bars may enforce a dress code. Air conditioning settings are adjusted automatically based on external weather conditions.
• Alcohol and Tobacco: Alcoholic beverages, hookah, and tobacco products are not served to guests under 18 years of age. Alcohol is also not served to guests posing health risks.

• Sunbeds: Unattended sunbeds may have personal belongings removed.
• Watercraft and Fishing: Fishing and use of motorized watercraft are prohibited within swimming limits.
