A fee of 5 euros is charged for each lost room key, and 20 euros for a lost safe key. Grand Zaman Beach and Grand Zaman Garden & Annex Hotel share the same beach.

Check-in for Grand Zaman Beach rooms starts at 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not allowed.

The use of some open areas may be restricted depending on seasonal conditions.

In standard rooms, accommodating 2+2 or 3+1 may result in congestion and the extra beds provided may not offer the same comfort as a fixed bed.

All-Inclusive accommodations begin with dinner and cover meals for the number of nights stayed, ending with lunch on the day of check-out.

No refund will be issued if guests in special rooms (such as family or suite rooms) leave the hotel early.
