Check-in to Gold Island Selected rooms begins at 14:00. Check-out is by 12:00. Pets are not allowed. Usage of outdoor areas depends on seasonal conditions.

Ultra All-Inclusive stays start with dinner and include the number of dinners corresponding to the length of stay, ending with lunch on the departure day.

For special room types like family rooms or suites, early departures by any guest do not qualify for a refund.
