Important Information
- Pets are not allowed.
- The mini-bar is filled on the first day and will only be restocked with soda and water on subsequent days.
- A la carte restaurant reservations must be made one day in advance through the guest relations department.
- Hotel services begin with dinner at 14:00 on the check-in day and end with lunch at 12:00 on the departure day.
- Please visit the reception before 11:00 to complete your check-out process.
- Services and operational hours may change based on weather and seasonal conditions.
- Mini-bar items are free on the first day; refills will be charged afterward.
- If you wish to host guests in the lobby, please inform the reception.
- Children aged 10 and above can use the spa area with others of the same gender.
Transportation Details
- Paid transfer services are available from Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
- From Sabiha Gökçen Airport, you can take a Burulaş bus to Bursa Terminal.
- From the terminal, buses are available to the city center and Kurbağakaya Cable Car Station, located 100 meters from the hotel.
- Winter tires are mandatory for guests arriving by private vehicle. Snow chains are also required by the gendarmerie at the national park checkpoint.
- If weather conditions demand, chains must be used.
For guests who do not wish to drive:
- A paid parking lot is available next to the cable car station.
- You can reach the hotel via cable car or taxi.
- The hotel offers indoor and outdoor parking free of charge.
Note: The hotel reserves the right to make changes to its concept due to operational conditions.
